COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, APRIL 2, 2018
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of April 2, 2018, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Prayer
- Councilman Fitzwater will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Mayor Tergin ran through the list of Miscellaneous Items on the Agenda.
Announcements
- Sonny Sanders, Director of Planning and Protective Services will announce
the following: the Historic Cemetery Walking Tour, Household Hazardous
Waste Drop-Off, Spring Clean Up, and the Fair Housing Conference to
commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Fair Housing Act.
Bills Introduced
- Sonny Sanders will present Bills 2017-126 and 2017-127.
- Matt Morasch, Director of Public Works, will present Bills 2017-128 and 2017-
132.
- Jayme Abbott, Neighborhood Services Manager, will present Bills 2017 -129,
2017-130, and 2017-131.
