A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AD -HOC COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND COMMISSION MEMBERS
FOR THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a Municipal Corporation, organized and
operating under the laws of the State of Iowa;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council fo the City of Riverdale
("City") by section 372 of the Code of Iowa, and Chapters 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of
the City Code, the City Council makes various appointments to its offices and
responsibilities annually; and,
WHEREAS, the roster of employees, consultants and citizens who have agreed to serve
the City in a variety of jobs, roles, and committee assignments for 2021 is attached as
Exhibit "A".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
SECTION 1 The City Council hereby approves the appointment of those listed who
have agreed to serve the City and thank them for their service.
