The Georgia Environmental Protection Division administers the rules. In most cases, the rules require both the owner and the involved contractors to assure the portion of the building involved in the project is thoroughly inspected by an Accredited Asbestos Inspector for materials that contain asbestos; and the removal of the asbestos before renovation, wrecking, or demolition begins almost without exemption. Georgia EPD requires a completed demolition notification from be submitted 10 workings days in advance even if no asbestos is present in the building. Further guidance for regulatory compliance and contact telephone numbers are provided by the brochures entitled Asbestos & Renovation and Asbestos and Demolition. Other environmental issues such as asbestos removal techniques, lead abatement, ground contamination, or unusual site conditions may have EPD regulations that could affect the project. The parties of the first part hereby expressly reserve for them- selves and their mccessors and assigns the title to Lazaretto Crook Bridge and the approaches thereto, and the parties of the first part hereby further expressly reserve unto themselves and their successors and assigns the right to use the property hereby conveyed, or any part of it, for access to or egress from the bridge, or its approaches, over Lazaretto Creek, or any bridge or approaches substituted in the o place thereof, for themselves, their licensees, their agents, servants, or employes. Sixth, It is further understood and agreed that shoe id the tenant at any time during the continuance of this agreement be adjudicated a bankrupt, then and in that event, this lease shall immediately cease and shall be- come void 'as of the date of such adjudication, and the Railway Company, its successors and assigns, shall have the right to resume and retake possession of the property herein leased without any accountability whatsoever to the tenant or to the estate or trustee of such bankrupt. Seventh.
