That we employ Frank G. Pierce, Marshalltown,
Iowa, to report to us all matters of legislation before
the Forty-first Session of the legislature in which this
municipality is interested and that the Clerk be in-
structed to draw a warrant for.::r:: E..
Dollars payable to Frank G. Pierce, as payment in
full for all such services.
