HomeMy Public PortalAbout005-2002 - Rezoning - West Side Syndicate Sub-Division ORDINANCE NO- 5 - 2002 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT LOT 10 AND PART OF LOT 9 WEST SIDE SYNDICATE SUB-DIVISION WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describes the property at Lot 10 and part of Lot 9 West Side Syndicate Sub-division, as M-1 Light Industrial District; WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Special Use District to allow the use of the property for accessory off-street parking for commercial business. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the property at Lot 10 and part of Lot 9 West Side syndicate Sub-division is hereby changed to a SU Special Use District within the M-1 Light Industrial District to allow the use of the property for accessory off-street parking for commercial business.
