The City of Moab will hold a Special Moab City Council Meeting on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 1:00 PM. The
purpose of this meeting will be:
Executive Session
A. An Executive Session to Discuss the Purchase, Exchange, or Lease of Real Property
B. An Executive Session to Discuss Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation
New Business
1-1 Review and Possible Approval of a Real Estate Purchase Contract for Real Property at 193 West

1-2 Review and Possible Approval of a Settlement Agreement in Toninelli v. City of Moab, Case No.

The meeting will be held at the Moab City Council Chamber, 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.
