WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
'~ WHEREAS, on February 20, 1996, the City Council awarded
a contract of $ 77,630.00 to Sequel Contractors, Inc. for the
~; Cedar Avenue and Virginia Avenue Improvement Project, and
/ WHEREAS, the project started on April 8, 1996 and was
completed on May 21, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$72,894.71; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order. and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Cedar Avenue and Virginia Avenue Improvement Project
No. 5-5176, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
