A Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor James A. Failace, SP~IAL [~e;urlNG
Thursday, March 7, 2002, 6:30 P.M., Municipal Court, Police Plat-ch 7, 2002
Facility, 230 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey.
ROLL CALL
Upon individual roll call vote, the following were noted preset:

Brian Sosnowski
Noted Absent were Councilmembers Janet Santoro and Buddy
Sohayda.
Also noted present was Borough Attorney, Robert Bergen, Chuck
Liebling, Special Counsel, John Takina, from Schoor De Palma
and Andrew Janiw and Gordon Gemma from Beacon Planning.
The Assistant Clerk stated that on March 1, 2002, in full
compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, a notice of
tonight's meeting was sent to The Home News & Tribune, The
Star Ledger and posted on the Bulletin Board.

Parisi, Reiman, Rios, Sohayda and Sosnowski voted in the
Affirmative. Councilmember Santoro was noted Absent.

vote of the full Council present, the meeting was Adjourned at
approximately 7:30 P.M.
