Mary Chaffee, Annie Sherwood, Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director and Tammi Mason, Senior

1. Discuss I/A Monitoring Regulation
The Board agreed to hold off on discussing this one until the January work meeting.
George Heufelder and Brian Baumgaertel will attend that meeting to give an update.
2. Discuss Fuel Storage Tank Regulation
NI explained to the Board that she had asked Amy Wallace from the county if she had any
suggestions or comments but she hadn't heard back from her yet.
There was discussion on making some changes. The Board will discuss this again at a
later date.
3. Discuss Leaching Facility Setback Regulation
Minor changes were made to the regulation.
4. Discuss Outdoor Café Regulation
Discussion on this. Board agreed to bring back to another meeting.
5. Review and make possible changes to Health Director's job description
There was a lengthy discussion on this with quite a few changes suggested.
6. Minutes from 11/7/12 meeting
A few changes were made.
Motion: LS-approve minutes as amended. KJ seconded. 5 yes.

Informational items were noted.
Add on's
MC spoke about the Recycling Committee meeting and that they would be holding a public
Meeting on January 14, 2013 to present the PAYT program and answer questions.
