A RESOLUTION OF TFIE CITY COUNCIL OF TIDE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING TIIE T1ZEE TRIMiVIiNG PROJECT IN AREA
3 (FISCAL YEAR 1995-96) AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the work in Area 3, the first area in the four-year cycle, started in
September 1995, and was satisfactorily completed in September 1996 at a cost of
$198,077; and
WHEREAS, the four-year cycle Tree Trimming Project started in FY 1995-96 in
Area 3, and will continue through FY 1998-99;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the Tree Trimming Project in Area 3, as
being complete in accordance with the contract documents.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
