A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
FOR OUTSTANDING ENCUMBRANCES, FUND TRANSFERS,
AND COMMUNITY .PROMOTION EXPENDITURES FOR
F.Y. 1996-97

1996; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the annual operating budget on July 16,
WHEREAS, the City has closed its accounting records for F.Y. 1995-96; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate funds to cover payments for
outstanding obligations at fiscal year ending June 30, 1996; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate funds for various Community
Promotion activities.
¢NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the following
appropriations:
