A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
RELATING TO FEES FOR LICENSES AND PERMITS FOR HAWKERS, PEDDLERS,
STREET CARNIVALS; AND CHANGING SUCH FEES EFFECTIVE May 25, 2000.
WHEREAS, Section 4-3-9(B), McCall City Code, allows for the
setting by resolution from time to time of the per diem and
per annum fees for hawkers and peddlers licenses; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 15-95, established fees for licenses
and permits for hawkers, peddlers, street carnivals, and
farmer's markets; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend such fees to allow
for a different fee for the per diem rate during certain
times of the year; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
McCall that:
Section 1: Fees. The fee for licenses or permits under
McCall City Code Title 4, Chapter 3, shall be:
For -profit operations
Hawker's or Peddler's license $100.00 per day
During January 15 through
February 20, both days inclusive $200.00 per day
During May 25 through
September 15, both days inclusive $1500.00 total_

Hawker's or Peddler's license $2500.00 per year
For -profit street carnival $50.00 per day
Plus reimbursement per ordinance
Each sideshow or other attraction
or concession not under the
management and control of such
carnival $25.00 per day
From January 20 through February
20, both days inclusive, on each
such sideshow or concession not
under the management and control
of such carnival $50.00 per day

Exempt nonprofit street carnival $50.00 per day

Exempt nonprofit hawker or peddler $10.00 per day
Section 2: EFFECTIVE DATES. The above fees came into effect
on May 25, 2000 and shall remain in effect until further
action by the City Council.
