THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. ;. -'37
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING FOR
THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF
BEL AIRE, KANSAS AND REPEALING ORDINANCES
NUMBER 112, 116, 127, 143, 160, 171, 199, 218,
AND ALL OTHER CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1.
Salary Established
There is hereby established and provided a salary of
$30,160.00 per year for the City Clerk of the City of Bel Aire,
Kansas, effective January 1, 1994.
Section 2.
Repeal
Ordinances Number 112, 116, 127, 143, 160, 171, 199, and 218
are hereby repealed. All other ordinances or parts of other
ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed. However, any section
of an existing ordinance not in conflict herewith is not repealed
and remains in full force and effect.
Section 3.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
