Be it resolved by the town council of the Towm of '. ell.s-hurg
Iowa, that;
All able bodied male residents between the aE;e of Ttrenty-one
(21) years and Forty-five (45) years of ace inclusive, shall between
the first day of Febr and the lst day of October of the year 1932
pajr the stun of ?your (��4.00) Dollars to the 'roam Clerk as a Poll Tax
for the year 1932.
