Home My Public Portal AboutResolution 00-07 Business License FeesRESOLUTION NO. 00-07 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, RELATING TO LICENSE FEES FOR GENERAL BUSINESS LICENSES AND ESTABLISHING SUCH FEES. WHEREAS, By Ordinance 739, Section 4-3-24, McCall City Code, the City has required that all trades, businesses, and professions as defined in such ordinance obtain a general business license; and WHEREAS, Ordinance 739 dictates that the fees for such license shall be established by resolution; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City McCall that: Section 1: The fee for obtaining a general business license shall be ten dollars ($10.00) paid to the McCall City Clerk in the manner set forth in the McCall City Code. Section 2: The above fees shall be in effect from beginning January 1, 2000, and shall remain in effect until further action by the City Council. Passed and approved this /b4(day of May 2000.
