XGary reported the Pathways grant balance is $1300.78. V.1 cA-RA(,
7/1 New Town Counsel Sara Turano-Flores may be able to find ?? Sarreviously worked
for the town on many land issues and knows bylaws inside out.
December minutes- no discussion. Doug moved and Jim seconded, unanimously passed.
Officially on Committee: Gary Christen, Acting Chair, need election at some point,
Elizabeth Finch, Clerk, Eric Levy, George Thurber, Doug Erickson and Jim Gallagher, 6
members currently, with new member, Mike Grugan, makes 7. Eric needs to talk to
people in Harwich to make sure they are okay with . . ric lives in Harwich but leads a
lot of walks, he is a naturalist, and park ranger for the stat . Everyone is okay with layout

Committee discussed various options for routing trail around 137. /1-4i

Waiting to hear from Charlie whether or not he got Mr. Neumann to agree. If that is a
positive, still have issues, will have to walk around to get through Brusch property. Can't �
get onto the road, their border and buffer, we can access their road from 137 but can't
access from anywhere else. The only solution is that or to walk across the street down
Underpass Road, down Snow Road, anything to stay off 137. There is a problem going
down No Bottom.
Other business—Punkhorn trails need maps.
Next meeting Thursday, February 9, 6pm, Brewster Ladies Library historic room.
