SPECIAL MEETING
.IANUARY 15, 2003
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting
in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 6:43 p.m.
Chairman Pedroza presiding.
Members Byrd, Reyes, Richards, Rodriguez and Pedroza answered the joint roll call for
all agencies.
Also present were Executive Director Gonzales, Interim City Attorney Montgomery, City
Clerk Hooper, and City Treasurer Pygatt.
City Clerk Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

It was moved by Member Reyes, seconded by Vice Chairman Rodriguez to adopt
Resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. LRA 2003.003 ENTITLED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RESOLUTION OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND
' APPROVING THE DEMAND AND WARRANTS THEREFORE"

Item #2: REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT HAM PARK
It was moved by Member Reyes, seconded by Vice Chairman Pedroza to direct staff to
work with the consultants and define the scope of work necessary to address the
concerns relative to the Plan Amendment or others options and alternatives.

Agency Counsel Montgomery requested that L.R.A. Closed Session Items be discussed
jointly with City Council Closed Session items. It was moved by Member Reyes,
seconded by Vice Chairman Rodriguez and carried.

Having no further discussion, it was moved Member Reyes, seconded by Vice Chairman
Rodriguez and carried to adjourn at 7:33 p.m., in honor of the Great Civil Rights Leader
