EXTENSION OF RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
WINTER CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of McCall and Clubhouse, Inc., an Idaho
Corporation, Mary E. Clemmer, President, (" Restaurant Manager" )
wish to extend that certain agreement entitled Restaurant Management
dated March 25, 1999, (" the Agreement" ) which pursuant to paragraph
6 of the Agreement expires December 31, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City
Council of the City of McCall, Idaho and the Restaurant Manager that
the Agreement shall be extended for a term through and including
March 31, 2000. All provision of the Agreement shall remain in
effect until such date. The parties understand that any future
extensions or renewals must be mutually agreed to in writing, and
that this extension shall have no effect on the Summer Contract,
which also expires December 31, 1999.
