The applicant proposes to add an art gallery to an existing antique store.

TREE WARDEN
The Brewster Tree Warden will hold a Joint Public Hearing with the Brewster Planning
Board on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at the Brewster Town Hall, located at 2198 Main St,
Brewster, MA 02631, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40,
Section 15C (Designation of Scenic Roads relative to cutting or removal of trees on such
roads) and Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 87, Section 3 (Cutting and Removal of
{ Public Shade Trees), concerning a request by the Brewster Department of Public Works
to remove the following trees:
Proposed Removals
Stony Brook Rd at AP Newcomb Rd:
Four(4) 12-17" Pine Trees
Removals required for Storm water Remediation Project.
Harwich Rd(124)at Long Pond Rd(1371
Three(3)22-27" Maple Trees
These trees have been hit by cars on numerous occasions and are a potential hazard.
One(1) 12"Pine Tree
This tree is a sight disfance problem and is infested with beetles.
