A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
RELATING TO SEWER UTILITY RATES; AND RAISING SUCH RATES EFFECTIVE
OCTOBER 1, 1999.
WHEREAS, McCall City Ordinance 632, Section 6-4-100, McCall
City Code, provides that City sewer rates shall be reviewed
from time to time by the Council and set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommended an increase to such
rates in order to maintain a viable sewer system; and
WHEREAS, by vote of the Council at a regular meeting on
September 23, 1999, the Council increased the monthly sewer
charges effective October 1, 1999, with instructions to
memorialize such a decision in a resolution; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
McCall that:
Section 1: RATE. The monthly base rate for sewer service
shall be increased $6.00 per month for a total base rate of
$24.50 per month.
Section 2: EFFECTIVE DATES. The above rates came into effect
on October 1, 1999 and shall remain in effect until further
action by the City Council.
