AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-26 OF THEGREENCASTLE CITY CODE
REGARDINGSCHEDULE OF LIMITED PARKING ZONES
WHEREAS, Section 8-26 of the Greencastle City Code lists the limited parking zones within
the City of Greencastle; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to update its list of limited parking zones.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that
Section 8-26, Schedule of Reserved Parking Spaces, is hereby amended as follows:
A. The following limited parking spaces shall be added:
Franklin Street: One(1)parking space adjacent to the crosswalk between Jackson Street 10mia#es
and Indiana Street.
Indiana Street: One parking space adjacent to the crosswalk between Franklin Street 10mhules
and Washington Street.
B. The following shall be amended:
STREET SIDE FROM TO TIME LIMIT
Indiana Street Both Columbia Street Walnut-Street 2 hours
Poplar Street
All other provisions contained within Section 8-26 of the Greencastle City Code shall remain in full force and
effect.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,Indiana this
