HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 11-99 Appt City Mngr/City ClerkRESOLUTION NO. 11-99 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF MCCALL, IDAHO APPOINTING ACTING CITY MANAGER AND ACTING CITY CLERK UNTIL A PERMANENT CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK POSITION IS FILLED OR UNTIL THE ACTING POSITIONS ARE TERMINATED; SETTING SALARIES FOR SUCH OFFICERS. WHEREAS, Bill Robertson, the former McCall City Manager and Interim City Clerk, resigned effective November 27, 1999; and WHEREAS, by unanimous vote of the Council at a special meeting on November 17, 1999, the City Council appointed Lindley Kirkpatrick Acting City Manager and Cathleen Koch Acting City Clerk; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to memorialize such decision by resolution; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO THAT: Section 1: APPOINTMENTS. As of November 27, 1999 the appointments of Acting City Manager and Acting City Clerk are as follows: Acting City Manager - Lindley Kirkpatrick Acting City Clerk - Cathleen Koch Such appointments shall remain in effect until a permanent City Manager or City Clerk is appointed or until the acting positions are otherwise terminated by action of the City. Both Mr. Kirkpatrick and Ms. Koch shall throughout the term of these appointments continue with their duties as zoning administrator and deputy clerk, respectively. Section 2: COMPENSATION. Compensation for the Acting City Manager and Acting City Clerk shall be as follows: Acting City Manager $52,905.58 Acting City Clerk 10o increase in hourly rate PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of December, 1999.
