HomeMy Public PortalAboutM2004-05-27-LRALYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING MAY 27, 2004 The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 4:50 p.m. Vice Chairman Vasquez presiding. Members Pedroza, Rodriguez, Santillan, Vasquez all answered roll call. Chairman Byrd was absent. Also present were Executive Director Hempe, City Attorney Beltran, Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt. Agency Counsel Ron Wilson was present. Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the Brown Act. Mayor Byrd arrived at 6:00 p.m. PUBLIC ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (Regarding Agenda Items Only) Mark Kudler spoke on Item # 1 Excess Cal Trans Parcel DD058167-O1-Ol, he is against it. PUBLIC ORAL COMMUNICATIONS NONE CLOSED SESSION Agency Counsel Wilson stated that with respect to every item of business to be discussed in Joint Closed Session pursuant to Section 54956.8 Item #1: WITH RESPECT TO EVERY ITEM OF BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO SECTION 54956.8 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Property: Excess Caltrans Parcel DD 058167-01-01 Agency negotiator: Agency, Agency staff and Agency Council Negotiating parties: Agency &Caltrans Under Negotiation: Price and terms It was moved by Member Santillan Second Member Pedroza, and carried to recess to Joint Closed Session at 6:00 p.m. Members reconvened at 6:45 p.m. Agency Council Wilson stated that Members met on the aforementioned matters and stated on: Item was not address by the Agency in Closed Session, and it was recommended that it be brought back at another time. No action to report and no consideration were given to this item. ADJOURNMENT Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Pedroza, seconded by Chairman Byrd and carried to adjourn the Special Lynwood Redevelopment Meeting at 8:30 p.m. r L uis Byrd, Chairm Andrea L.
