A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO CLOSE-OUT IHMVCU CD ISSUED ON 09/03/2020
AND DEPOSIT INTO GENERAL CHECKING WITH QCBT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa is a municipal corporation ("Riverdale") has a CD
with IHMVCU in the amount $31,752.82 as of 02/28/2021; and
WHEREAS, said CD is now matured as of March 4, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the Quad City Bank and Trust Company is an authorized depository of City
funds, and the City maintains existing accounts with such financial institutions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, State of
Iowa, that:
Directs staff to close out Certificate of Deposit and move said fund to General
Checking with Quad City Bank & Trust, Davenport, Iowa
PASSED and APPROVED THIS 9th day of March 2021.
