STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF AGREEMENT
AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
ANDERSON PACIFIC LLC 8 000 000 HOUSING IN LIEU FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Livermore City Council that
1 The City Manager is authorized to sign all necessary documents on behalf of the
City of Livermore between the City of Livermore and Anderson Pacific LLC for the acquisition
of the Depot Shopping Center located at 2009 2111 Railroad Avenue A copy of the agreement
is on file in the office of the City Clerk
2 An appropriation of up to 8 000 000 in Housing In lieu funds is approved
On the motion of Councilmember Beeman seconded by Councilmember Dietrich the
foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of April 2005 by the following vote
AYES Councilmembers Dietrich Beeman Leider Vice Mayor Reitter and Mayor Kamena
NOES None

ABSTAIN None
