OF THE CITY OF LIVERMORE CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRIOR ACTIONS OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD
REGARDING THE DISPOSITION OF PROPERTIES OWNED BY THE FORMER
LIVERMORE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Oversight Board for the Successor Agency to the Livermore RedevelopmentAgencyOversightBoardpreviouslydeterminedthatcertainpropertiesonceownedbytheLivermoreRedevelopmentAgencyRDAbuttransferredtotheCityofLivermoreafterJanuary2011ortobetransferredtotheCitywereappropriatelytransferredandthereforeshallremainaspropertyoftheCityofLivermoreThisdeterminationwasmadebyvotebutnotformalizedbyaresolution
As required under ABx1 26 and by the State Department of Finance DOF it is
the responsibility of the Oversight Board to determine the disposition of property ownedbytheformerRDAthatwastransferredtotheCityafterJanuary12011
The Oversight Board met and discussed certain properties at two Board meetings
May 16 2012 and June 6 2012 resulting in the determination that all of the properties
reviewed met the criteria as appropriately transferred to the City or appropriate to betransferredtotheCity
As required under AB 1484 effective June 27 2012 any decision by an OversightBoardregardingthedispositionofrealpropertyinaformerRedevelopmentAgencymustbepassedbyaBoardresolutionincludingpastdecisionsmadebytheBoard
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Oversight Board for the
Successor Agency to the Livermore Redevelopment Agency hereby confirms their prior
actions and decisions that the following properties once owned by the RDA but
transferred to the City of Livermore after January 2011 or to be transferred to the CitywereappropriatelytransferredandthereforeshallremainaspropertyoftheCityofLivermore

resolution was passed and adopted on the 17th day of October 2012 by the following
