SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 6, 2004
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting
in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 5:30 p.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Members Pedroza, Rodriguez, Santillan, Vasquez and Byrd answered roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Hempe, City Attorney Beltran, Secretary Hooper
and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Beltran stated, with respect to every item of business to be discussed in
Joint Close Session Pursuant to Section 54956.8
Item #1: Conference with Real Property Negotiator -Gertrude Drive 6174-
009-901 -Ray Patel, Soniya One Inc.
Item #2: Conference with Real Property Negotiator - Fernwood Avenue
along the I-105 Freeway -Ray Patel, Soniya One Inc.
Item #3: Conference with Real Property Negotiator -Plaza Mexico -
Donald and Min Chae and LTC Development
Item #4: Conference with Legal Counsel Anticipated Litigation
It was moved by Member Pedroza, seconded by Member Rodriguez and carried to recess
the Joint Close Session at 5:40p.m.
Members reconvened at 6:15 p.m.
City Attorney Beltran stated that the Members met on the aforementioned matters and
stated on:
Item #1: Conference with Real Property Negotiator -Gertrude Drive 6174-
009-901 -Ray Patel, Soniya One Inc: The Redevelopment
Agency provided further instructions to the negotiator
concerning the property.
~ Item #2: Conference with Real Property Negotiator - Fernwood Avenue
along the I-105 Freeway -Ray Patel, Soniya One Inc.: Staff was
provided further instructions regarding possible disposition of
this property and given more detail to the direction of the
negotiators.
Item #3: Conference with Real Property Negotiator -Plaza Mexico -
Donald and Min Chae and LTC Development: No action was
taken by the Members, staff provided a brief update.
Item #4: Conference with Legal Counsel -Anticipated Litigation - A
status report was provided by staff and no action was taken by
the Members.
ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Rodriguez, seconded by Member
Pedroza and carried to adjourn the Special Lynwood Redevelopment Meeting at 11:00
p.m.
