A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO RELATING TO
FINANCE DESIGNATING THE PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS
ON THE J-DITCH FARMERS 10% MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT FROM THE
BANK ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS:
The City of McCall has funds deposited with U.S. Bank of Idaho for the J-Ditch
Farmers 10% Maintenance.
The City of McCall uses a check system for disbursing funds and the City's
accounts require two signatures on checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Mayor and Council of the City of McCall,
Idaho as follows:
Section 1: That the Mayor, Council President, City Manager, and Treasurer,
whose names and signatures appear below, be and the same are hereby designated to sign
checks on the J-Ditch Farmers 10% Maintenance account.

Section 2: That the above individuals be, and the same are hereby directed to
execute the documents provided by U.S. Bank of Idaho as necessary to implement the
intent of this resolution.
