STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT AND APPROPRIATION OF
4 MILLION IN CALIFORNIA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT LOAN PROGRAM FUNDS
FOR USE IN THE ACQUISITION AND PREDEVELOPMENT
OF A 55 ACRE SITE KNOWN AS LIVERMORE VILLAGE
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN DOCUMENTS
In November 2006 the City was awarded 4000000 in California Housing Finance
Agency CaIHFA Residential Development Loan Program RDLP funds to be used for the
acquisition and predevelopment of a 55 acre site known as Livermore Village
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Livermore hereby authorizes the receipt and appropriation of 4000000 in California
Housing Finance Agency Residential Loan Program funds to be used for predevelopment
expenses and to acquire land for use in the development of the Livermore Village housing
development on the 55 acre site known as Livermore Village
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager or her designee is authorized
to sign all necessary documents on behalf of the City of Livermore
On the motion of Councilmember Dietrich seconded by Vice Mayor Marchand the
foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 22d day of January 2007 by the
following vote
AYES Councilmembers Dietrich Leider Reitter Vice Mayor Marchand and Mayor Kamena
