STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT AND APPROPRIATION OF
1 MILLION IN CALIFORNIA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT LOAN PROGRAM FUNDS
FOR USE IN THE DEVELOPMENT
OF A 55 ACRE SITE KNOWN AS LIVERMORE VILLAGE
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN DOCUMENTS
In July 2007 the City was awarded 1000000 in California Housing Finance
Agency CaIHFA Residential Development Loan Program RDLP funds to be used in the
development of a 55 acre site known as Livermore Village
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Livermore hereby authorizes the receipt and appropriation of 1000000 in California
Housing Finance Agency Residential Loan Program funds to be used to assist in the
development of the Livermore Village housing development on the 55 acre site known as
Livermore Village and an extension of the term of the loan from four to five years
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager or her designee is authorized
to sign all necessary documents to accomplish that purpose on behalf of the City of
Livermore
On the motion of Councilmember Dietrich seconded by Vice Mayor
Marchand the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on the 24th day of September
2007 by the following vote
AYES Councilmembers Dietrich Horner Vice Mayor Marchand and Mayor Kamena
NOES None
ABSENT Councilmember Leider
ABSTAIN None
