SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 13, 2004
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting
in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 4:23 p.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Members Pedroza, Rodriguez ,Vasquez, and Byrd answered the roll call.
Councilwoman Santillan was absent.
Also present were Interim Executive Director Wang, City Attorney Beltran, Secretary
Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the Agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

It was moved by Member Pedroza seconded by Vice- Chairperson Vasquez to recess to
Closed Session 4:23 p.m.

CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Property: 11300 Atlantic Avenue
Agency Negotiator: Agency Staff and Agency Counsel including but not limited to
Louis Morales and Ronald Wilson
Negotiation Parties: Agency and Selac
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms
Council reconvened at 5:00 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Beltran stated that the members met on the aforementioned matters and
reported on:

A Staff report was given to Council, but no action was taken at this time.
ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Pedroza, seconded by Vice-
Chairperson Vasquez and carried to adjourn the Special Lynwood Redevelopment
Meeting at 5:05 p.m.
