ATTENDEES:
Committee members present: Erin Wiseman, Ron Fitzwater, David Kemna, Mark Schreiber and
Laura Ward.
Staff present: Gail Strope, Steve Crowell and Larry Henry.
Meeting came to order at 5:30 p.m. by Councilwoman Erin Wiseman. The March 7, 2018
minutes were approved with a motion by Councilman David Kemna and seconded by
Councilman Ron Fitzwater. The motion passed 5-0.
Appointment Review:
Presented by Gail Strope. The committee made two new appointments. A motion was made by
Councilman David Kemna and seconded by Councilman Mark Schreiber. The motion passed 5-
0.

Next meeting is scheduled for May 2, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. or May 7, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. depending
on the length of the agenda, in the Boone/Bancroft room at City Hall.
There being no further business, Councilman Ron Fitzwater made the motion to adjourn which
was seconded by Councilwoman Laura Ward. The motion passed 5-0 ending the meeting at 5:34
p.m.
