A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO RELATING TO FINANCE
DESIGNATING THE PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS ON THE
RECREATION DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT AND URBAN RENEWAL
ACCOUNT FROM THE BANK ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS:
The City of McCall has funds deposited with U.S. Bank of Idaho for the
Recreation Department and Urban Renewal District.
The City of McCall uses a check system for disbursing funds and the
accounts require two signatures on checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by Mayor and Council of the City of
McCall, Idaho as follows:
Section 1: That the Mayor and Treasurer, whose names and signatures
appear below, be and the same are hereby designated to sign checks on the
Recreation Department and Urban Renewal accounts.

Section 2: That the Recreation Director and Urban Renewal Chairman,
whose name and signature appear below, be and the same are hereby
designated to sign checks on the Recreation Account and Urban Renewal
account respectively, in addition to one of the individuals listed in Section 1.

Section 3: That the above individuals be, and the same are hereby
directed to execute the documents provided by U.S. Bank of Idaho as necessary
to implement the intent of this resolution.
