RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WllEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public fi'om a meeting in certain circumstances; aud
WIIEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEI) by tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County o£ Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. Tile public shall be excludpd fi'om attendiug, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Litigation.
3. It is anticipated at this lime that tile above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the matter.
4, This resolution shall take effect immediately.
