A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO RELATING TO
FINANCE; DESIGNATING THE PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS
AND OTHER DISBURSEMENTS FROM THE BANK ACCOUNTS OF THE
CITY.
WHEREAS:
The City of McCall has funds deposited with U.S. Bank of Idaho in interest -
bearing checking, certificates of deposit and other accounts.
Idaho Code Section 50-1018 requires that payment of claims be by checks signed
by the Mayor and Treasurer.
The City of McCall uses a check system for disbursing funds and the City's
accounts require two signatures on checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Mayor and Council of the City of McCall,
Idaho as follows:
Section 1: That the Mayor, whose name and signature appear below, be and the
same is hereby designated to sign checks and other disbursements.

That the Council President, whose name and signature appear below, be and the same is
hereby designated to sign checks and other disbursements when the Mayor is absent.
ALLEN MULLER
(Signature)
Section 2: That the Treasurer, whose name and signature appear below, be and
the same is hereby designated to sign check and other disbursements in addition to one of
the individuals listed in Section 1.
ASHLEY ROYAL
That the City Manager, whose name and signature appear below, be and the same
is hereby designated to sign checks and other disbursements in addition to one of the
individuals listed in Section 1 and when the Treasurer is absent.
WIILLIAM A. ROBERTSON
Section 3: That the above individuals be, and the same are hereby directed to
execute the documents provided by U.S. Bank of Idaho as necessary to implement the
intent of this resolution.
