HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 01-99 Apprpritd Budget TransferRESOLUTION NO. 1-99 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO RELATING TO AN APPROPRIATED BUDGET LINE ITEM TRANSFER. WHEREAS; • The Police Department has been awarded grant funds for the purchase of new computer equipment and desires to use $8,642 previously appropriated as the City's matching portion; and • The Department desires to transfer $5,000 from Capital Projects Fund account # 30-40-530, $2,500 from the General Fund account # 10-51-240, minor equipment, and $1,142 from # 10-51-110, salaries & wages, to the Capital Improvement Fund account # 30-40-531, to be used as the aforementioned matching funds. BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that: Section 1. The budget for the current fiscal year be amended to reflect a transfer of appropriation in the amount of $5,000 from account # 30-40-530, $2,500 from account #10-51-240, and $1,142 from account # 10-51-110 to account #30-40-531, DOJ COPS MORE '98 GRANT MATCH. vv- Kirk Eimers Mayor ATT ST: �Gherry Woodbury City Clerk
