B. FY12 Budget Update
Hans Baumhauer,Business Manager,will review the monthly expenditure reports.
Dr. Caretti will update the Committee on the unanticipated special needs expenses.
FY12 and FY13 Capital budgets will also be reviewed.
C. FY13 Budget Review
The Superintendent will provide an update on FY13 Budget should there be a change from
the state or other sources. No new information right now.
D. School Choice(Public Hearing)
The Superintendent recommends that the Committee vote not to participate in School Choice in
2012-2013.
E. Space Utilization Subocommittee Recommendation
F. New Teacher Evaluation System Update
G. Summer Retreat Dates and Next Year's Meeting Dates
