B. FY12 Budget Update
Dr.Hoffinann will review the monthly expenditure reports and update the Committee on the final
expenditures for FY12. Included will be a review of the cafeteria receipts and expenses for FY12.
C. YMCA of Cape Cod Lease
{ The Superintendent and Principal Fronius will update the Committee on the status of the lease
agreement.
D. School Committee Goals
The School Committee will review its goals from this year and will discuss potential goals for
2012-13.
E. Summer Meeting Dates
1. Brewster School Committee—August 16th or 23rd
2. Joint School Committee Summer meeting dates:
July 9th—8:30 a.m.—3:00 p.m.
July 24t—5:00 p.m.—8:00 p.m.
