A. Building Needs Assessment
Steve Habeeb from Habeeb and Associates Architects will present the recently completed
Capital Asset Report. The focus will be on priority projects that should be addressed within
the next 1-3 years.
B. FY 12 Year End Financial Report
The Superintendent and the Director of Finance&Operations will review the following:
D Final expenditures for all region accounts
➢ FY12 Expenditures Compared to FY13 Budget—Region Only
D FY12 Revenue and Year End Balances
D FY13 Final Revenue Amounts
> Elimination of Account Transfers
➢ Consider summer parking fees at Nauset High School
The Budget and Finance Subcommittee has review this data and may be making
recommendations on the above.
C. Fundraising Initiatives
Middle School Principal, Maxine Minkoff,will discuss fundraising initiatives,
purchase of a van and building of a Greenhouse.
D. Update on Green Repair Project/Capital Projects
The Superintendent will update the Committee on the Green Repair Project. The Director
of Finance& Operations will update the Committee on Capital Projects.
The Superintendent recommends the Committee approval of borrowing
$2,250,000 in Bond Anticipation Notes dated 8/15/2012 due 2/15/2013 for the High School
Green Repair Project from Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank at an interest rate of 0.50%.
E. Superintendent's Evaluation
The Superintendent will review the process and the forms that are recommended
for the Superintendent's FY13 evaluation.

Approve the minutes of the June 21, 2012
V. ADJOURNMENT
MASC Conference: November 7-10,2012,Hyannis,MA. Call Ann Tefft to register. New members please note: Mass.Gen.Laws Chapter 71,
Section 36A states that School Committee Members,within one year of their initial election or appointment,
shall complete at least eight hours of orientation concerning the responsibilities of their office at no cost to individual School Committee
Members. Please also note that attendance on Saturday is at no cost to the district.
