B. FY13 Budget Update
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and Operations, will review a sample
FY13 monthly expense variance report.
C. Update on new process for Superintendent's Evaluation
The Chair will discuss and collect the 10 choices from the Guide to Rubrics
regarding topics for the Superintendent's evaluation.
D. Update on FY13 Capital Plan
The Committee will have an opportunity to continue discussion of the proposed
FY13 Capital Plan which will go to town meeting on 10/29/2012.

E. Union 54 Meetings
The Committee will discuss the idea proposed by the Chair of Union 54 regarding
meetings, the purpose and attendance by Brewster School Committee members.
