The Superintendent will review safety and security procedures and plans and the
District's response to the recent tragedy in Newtown, CT. Police Chief Koch has been
invited to attend the meeting and provide additional comments.

The Superintendent will review the preliminary FY14 Budget and accompanying
documents.
D. FY14 Capital Plan
The Committee will discuss any updates to the FY14 Capital Plan.
The Superintendent recommends the School Committee delegate authority to
engage architectural and engineering service to the Town of Brewster.
E. First Tee Program
The Committee is asked to accept a donation for the First Tee Program.
