Report on Executive Sessions with the Conservation Commission
Presented to Town Council on April 10, 2018
The Committee on Human Services met with the Conservation Commission in Executive Session on
December 11, 2017 and March 14, 2018 to consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real
property as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body
— consideration of acquisition of properties for establishment of open space. The Committee and the
Commission concluded their work at the March 14, 2018 meeting.
