A RESOLUTION OF The CITY COUNCIL OF The CITY OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNCY,
IDAHO, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES BETWEEN The CITY OF
MCCALL AND MOORE Er MCFADDEN, CHARTERED; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY The MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF The CITY OF MCCALL,
VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1. The law firm of Moore Et McFadden, Chartered, is hereby appointed
as the Civil City Attorney for the City of McCall pursuant to the Agreement for Legal
Services (the "Agreement") attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such Agreement on behalf of the City.
Section2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
