RESOLUTION NO. 9-98 OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO ADOPTING THE RATIO OF
FUNDS DERIVED FROM THE VALLEY COUNTY AIRPORT TAX LEVY TO BE
APPORTIONED TO THE McCALL MUNICIPAL AIRPORT:
Be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall, Idaho:
Sec 1. It is agreed, by separate resolutions from the City Councils and/or Airport Managers of
the Cities of Cascade, Donnelly, and McCall that airport funds available from Valley County
assesments shall be divided as follows:
A. Two and one-half percent (2.5%) to be distributed to the City of Donnelly for use in
connection with the airport for which they are responsible.
B. The remainder of funds to be divided in the following ratio:
1. Twenty-five percent (25%) to be distributed to the City of Cascade for use in
connection with the airport for which they are responsible.
2. Seventy-five percent (75%) to be distributed to the City of McCall for use in
connection with the airport for which they are responsible.
Sec 2. This agreement shall not take effect until the Valley County Commissioners increase the
Airport Tax Levy to a level that insures that each of the respective airports will receive
disbursements equal to or greater than those they currently receive.
Sec 3. That these funds are to be used for capital expenditures, operation and maintenance of the
respective airports.
