T. Call to Order/Agenda Changes

III. Priority Business
A. Review Presentation at Board Meetings
The Superintendent will give the subcommittee a brief synopsis of the meetings
with various town boards throughout the District.
B. Middle School Roof
The Superintendent will inform the subcommittee on the next steps in moving the
Middle School Roof Project forward.
C. High School Siding
The subcommittee will discuss options for siding at the High School and ask
Steve Habeeb to provide cost estimates.
D. HVAC Study
The Superintendent recommends that any balances in the present Capital Plan be
used to have a study completed on the HVAC systems at the Middle School and High
School.

Approve the Minutes of the November 7, 2012 meeting. . 6\(
