LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY WORKSHOP
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA
SATURDAY, JANUARY 15, 1994
KEY BISCAYNE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
150 WEST MCINTYRE STREET
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sime at 9:20 a.m.
Present were Members John Festa, Raul Llorente, Raymond Sullivan,
John Waid, and Chairman Betty Sime. Member Mortimer Fried and
Vice Chairman Joe Rasco were absent. Also present was Village
Clerk Guido Inguanzo.
Member Festa, as chairman of the Zoning Code Review Committee,
presented the committee's final report and proposed an enacting
ordinance to the Local Planning Agency.
Member Llorente made a motion accepting the report from the
committee and transmitting said report to the Village Council.
The motion was seconded by Member Festa and adopted by a
unanimous voice vote. The vote was as follows: Members Festa,
Llorente, Sullivan, Waid, and Chairman Sime voting Yes.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
9:25 a.m.
