RESOLUTION NO. 77 -1643
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING PARKING REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. These regulations are adopted pursuant to
Section 22519 of the California Vehicle Code.
SECTION 2. The City of Temple City establishes the
following regulations with regard to that certain off - street
parking facility owned or operated by the City of Temple City
and the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency at the
southwest corner of Rosemead Boulevard and Las Tunas Drive,
being all of the parking facilities for the Rosemead Boule-
vard Redevelopment Project Area "B ":
1. Reserved facilities for handicapped persons;
2. All parking shall be within the designated
spaces both as to length and width;
3. No back -in parking is permitted;
4. Time parking where posted;
5. Vehicles removed after 72 hours.
6. All regulations provided in Section 21107.8 of
the Vehicle Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, shall cause the action of the City Council
in adopting the same to be entered in the official minutes of
said City Council and shall retain this Resolution, duly
signed and executed by the proper City officials, in the
Official Records of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1977.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 21st day of June, 1977, by the following vote of the
Council:

NOES: Councilmen -None
