A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING
AGREEMENT ("ENA") WITH HUB CITY CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY ("DEVELOPER") TO DEVELOP SEVEN ("7") SINGLE FAMILY
DWELLINGS ON THE VACANT AGENCY OWNED SITE LOCATED AT THORSON
AVE AND MURIEL STREET -ASSESSORS PARCEL NUMBER 6174-008-901.
WHEREAS, the Agency is implementing the affordable housing strategy as adopted in
the Redevelopment Plan; and the City of~Lynwood adopted'Consolidated Plan, as amended; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed ENA will permit the developer to prepare the necessary
project proforma associated with the development; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed housing project will assist in the elimination of blight and
vacant scattered sites in the City of Lynwood; and,
WHEREAS, the site will be-developed-pursuant to the General Plan and Municipal Code
requirements; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, The Redevelopment Agency does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency, based on the aforementioned findings and
determinations hereby adopts this resolution and authorizes the Executive Director to execute an
Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with the developer.
Section 2. That this resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
