Also attending: Jamie Helen
SECRETARYS REPORT:
Minutes of November 10, 2015 submitted.
Mike motioned to accept minutes as written.
Claire seconded.
Unanimous approval.
TREASURERS REPORT:
Submitted. Ron put the additional $5k in that was donated for the Depot.
There is about $1700 left in this account, that can be spent on certain items for the HHS, but it can not cover a laptop. It can however cover the purchase of supplies (like more boxes and tissue for textiles).
Nancy motioned to accept Treasurers Report as written.
Ron seconded.
Unanimous approval.
Mike motioned we support Ron Yankee to manage the funding and repairs of the Depot. He is authorized to
spend up to $1K.
WATER FRESH FARMS
Mike brought a site plan from the owner.
Nothing threatened right now so the bylaw doesn't apply.
Mike said we do not understand his intent. He needs to come before us and
demonstrate to us his reasons for his plans if he wants our support.
They are pushing the limits on the Agricultural zoning ( this property has been
described as Agricultural use on steroids).
If house is separated is it easier for him to change zoning?
He says it is his private residence and he wants to keep it that way.
If Waterfresh Farms gets into financial difficulties at some point, if this gets separated
the bank won't be able to take his house.
CPC PROJECTS
A) Stone Bridge
Structures North will do a survey on bridge. Southborough is considering adding the
2nd bridge to scope of project.
At some point we need to craft a statement as to what our intent is with
Southborough.
Continuing for approval 25k and 75k
B)Toll House
White oak
Mike asked Mezitts to stockpile all timbers.
Mike is a member of the Eastern Mass Woodworkers Guild and has someone who will
take any extra wood that we don't need for the North Bennett Schools restoration
of the McFarland Sanger house.
C) McFarland Sanger House
Claire could not use her key to get in the front door but she was able to get in through
the window. Also, the bulkhead is open, needs a lock.
We want to fix the sloped front, and the sills. The windows are being restored at cost. Mike would like to authorize them to do all the work. We hope to have this done in the
spring. We don't want to publicly bid this work.
Electrical, plumbing systems. Possibly through Keefe Tech.
North Bennett School can do this work in an on going way.
The Planning Board talked about the work that still needs to be done. We have about
$90k bond. Idea- to possibly use this bond money for the landscaping.
We have a total landscaping plan that the developers never did. Also, a corner of the
lot that is on the plan is actually down a cliff that is dangerously close to the house.
D) DCR
Program that supports a curatorship vs. purchase.
Mike would like a Facebook page to see if we could find someone who would like to
live in the house.
We need to restore the land to create the lot that is gone.
HISTORIC CIRCA SIGNS
Ron volunteered to take on the sign project and order 'circa' signs when requested.
ORAL HISTORY
Claire spoke with Michaelyn about the oral history project. Michaelyn said she has a
backlog of filled tapes that need to be downloaded before being reused.

take out concrete.
TRAIL TOUR

Ron Motioned to close the meeting.
Austin seconded.
Unanimous decision.
