A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE AGENCY'S ANNUAL OPERATING
BUDGET FOR FY 1998-99
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment agency adopted the Agency's Annual
Operating Budget on July 20, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the budget serves as an allocation plan for the cost of
administration, debt service, and the funding of certain projects and activities; and
WHEREAS, certain amendments are needed to reflect changes in expenditure
estimates and revenue projections.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency does hereby find, order and
resolve as follows:
Section 7. That amendments to the Agency's Annual Operating Budget for F.Y.
1998-99 are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Executive Director or his designee is authorized to make the
following budget amendments:
